Psalm 18:6
In my distress I called upon the Lord, and cried unto my God: he heard my voice out of his temple, and my cry came before him, even into his ears.
In times of sorrow, when anxiety rears its head, heartache or pain. When the issues of life are over taking you. When it seems it just won't happen, you're running out of time. When Satan thinks he's about to over take you. A time of distress is a time for prayer. Cry out (pray)
Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you. 1 Peter 5:7. He hears us Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need. Hebrew 4:16 The Lord will allow certain situations to happen in our lives to get us to pray. He wants to hear from us. He's waiting to answer your distress call.
And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.
If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it. Have no fear. We have an advocate, a mediator who sits on the right hand of the father. Who covered us in his own blood. Ask in his name and only believe.
